horrible migraine and throwing up anything I eat 😢 any advice I'm hating life right now

the only thing that ever really works for me is lying down with a cool compress. and you're allowed to tale tylenol

I had to get some nausea meds today from the hospital for mine if you have and Benadryl and finergin you can take that and sleep it off that's what I did my last pregnancy
