my 1year old baby has been having watery eyes with eye boogy, what can be the cause of it?!

Have anybody baby ever had yelled pus on one eye??? When we wipe it away it just comes right back. I really hope there is nothing wrong with my baby eye.

Yeah it happens to my kids sometimes especially if they are congested it comes out the eyes

Does the baby have a cold ? It can be from that or an allergy
