Has anybody had any luck with getting your membranes stripped?? I'm 4cm and 50%

I'm just so crampy right now from it is can't walk lol I will try

I had it done twice n it either the second time I was 3cm n I walked my day away n went into labor that night ☺️☺️

I have done everything

walk lol just walk oh and squats weirdly enough thats what helped me go into labor and I wasnt dilated at all also if having contractions have sex makes them stronger though but moves labor along
