I had it done twice n it either the second time I was 3cm n I walked my day away n went into labor that night ☺️☺️

walk lol just walk oh and squats weirdly enough thats what helped me go into labor and I wasnt dilated at all also if having contractions have sex makes them stronger though but moves labor along
