Had my first appointment this morning. I am 7 weeks and they said everything is good!

I'm 7 weeks also. We're u able to hear a heart beat or is it too soon?

I have my first prenatal appt this Friday and I'm actually not looking foward to it. Super scared. I'm scared they're gonna say something bad :( Nervous!
