ive had a baby shower with all five of mine and am having another thrown for me with this baby. it's personal opinion

In my fam it seems like they do it for your first, and they'll do another when you have a child that's the opposite gender. But everyone is different.

I didn't I don't really feel the need for people to buy me stuff for our baby. It's uncomfortable to me. But my MIL is going to make us have a welcome home baby shower 3 weeks after he's here anyways 😅
