Cramping vs contractions? 37+weeks Have some mild back pain

I've been having both cramps and Braxton hicks at the same time

It's so crazy because I just saw my doctor and no contractions but this morning I woke up and felt like dying

I went into preterm labor yesterday and was originally just cramping and low back pain and nurses immediately were suprised because I was having contractions every 1 to 2 minutes! (but they gave me an injection to stop my labor)

I'm worried about that too because it's non stop but they aren't strong either

Baby is still active though so I'm not too worried but I'm still contracting on and off or having cramps either way it's not going away
