Did any Mommy's have the Mirena IUD contraception inserted on Medicaid? If so did it cover all of the cost's?

I did here in Tennessee and yes they covered all costs including when I had it removed.

I got it in MD & they covered all costs.

I live in Texas and it paid for all of mine
