I don't tell them. I wear flowy shirts but I'm also not really showing yet. my current job knows but we don't do crap and I just had an interview with outback but for a hostessing position. I'll tell them when I start showing more. honestly...if you're not trying to work after the baby..apply for a job you don't care to go back to. you can always apply after the baby when you're ready to work again

I had the same problem!! I had a job until my husband kicked us out and I had to move from va to ny. I had so many interviews ... things would be going really well until they'd get to the ... "are you going to need any extended period of time off in the next year" and of course I had to tell them.

I managed to finally get an awesome job with awesome boss by referral of a friend at like 6.5 -7 months pregnant lol. I'm not covered under fmla but my boss is holding my job for me when I take maternity leave and everything.
