So I think my dog is having only child syndrome or something lol anytime my mom brings up the baby she starts whining and doing things she knows she's not supposed to do and wants my mom to hold her, and anytime I pick her up and hold her she refuses to be held and kicks me in the stomach like she doesn't want to be near the new baby and she knows it's in there lol. My dog is great with kids of all ages and babies, but it's almost like she's saying "hey, I'm the only baby in this house, I'm only okay with human babies visiting, not moving in and taking my shine!" Any other mommies dogs act weird during their pregnancy?

my cat started acting funny before I knew I was pregnant lol. she started to perfer other people's company. she didn't want anything to do with me unless I was feeding her

@jadestarlight, lol oh wow! I'm trying to think if my dog started acting weird before I even knew but I can't remember because when she senses something being wrong or different with me she sits and stares with a really cute face and for a while I thought my pregnancy was my depression and anxiety coming back really bad because she would give me the same little faces but she'd actually come and snuggle with me when I was going through bouts of either depression or anxiety, but once some things didn't add up and she wasn't coming to snuggle with me and I started feeling a bit funny I figured something was going on with me and I should probably go to the doctors, it's so funny how when we have such strong bonds with our animals they sense things we don't even realize at first!

my cat snuggled when I was upset. I couldn't figure out her problem then I found out i was pregnant. she started peeing on my clothes popping in the living room her litter box was spotless. it was driving me insane.
