I see that everyone gets their NST & cervix checked every appointment by now & I'm 2 weeks from having my son & nothing is being done with me but on the bright side no contractions, water breaking or bleeding.. & if I haven't had my son by the end of next week I'll be seeing my baby for the last time via sonogram ❤️❤️

I wish I wasn't getting NST done :( but I've only had mine checked twice, 36 weeks when I got Gbs and 37 cause of some issues. It's prob good anyways you haven't!

NST and cervical checks are only done at my office if there is a medical reason. You can request a cervical check and they are usually happy to do it but usually always tell you it means little to nothing other than satisfying our wonder.

Yeah my OB isn't doing cervical checks until 38 weeks because they don't want preterm labor. I was actually surprised to see a post where a girl said her dr started them at 35 weeks. I start my checks on Monday and I am not looking forward to it, they hurt!
