Why do some users have "user banned" as their profile picture? Wha does it mean?

in your notifications does it say how long ago they started following you?
that's strange maybe they followed before they got banned ?

I don’t get why people feel the need to change their usernames or make a whole new account on here just because they can’t handle the backlash buuuut you had no issue starting the problem 🤔. Then try to be low as if we don’t know who you are.... FYI 90% of us have user notes on everyones’ accounts & screenshots that will never disappear oh & half of y’all give yourself away anyways on your NEW accounts 😬
