Ok mamas. Every since I got pregnant I have to have coffee each morning I only have 1 cup I always feel like it's a bad thing but I talk to my doctor & she said 1 cup is fine. Does anyone else have to have coffee or drink it while Prego?

You're fine with one cup, it's way under the caffeine level. You'll be fine to keep drinking it. 😊
I do. I was a super heavy caffeine drinker when I got pregnant so they actually told me to keep having 1 small caffineated beverage a day so My body wouldn't go into shock. I actually quit caffeine for a week and all hell broke loose. lol
I drank coffee starting my second trimester. 1 cup a day. Baby came out just fine.

I have a 10 cup coffee maker and Folgers classic roast. I like my coffee to not be too strong or weak. I have no idea how many tbsp to 10 cups of water. I put 3 in last night and my facking coffee tasted like murky water. I usually use a keurig but got sick of but I cups constantly. I have an awesome coffee maker that never gets used.
The fact that I cannot wait to have this baby just to have a big cup of coffee ...!!!! U just don't understand of how much I miss being able to drink coffee!
