Well mommies last night at 11:10 pm by way of C-section I gave birth to my handsome prince Karter Teniel(tuh-neil; his dad's middle name) Taylor. Tiny thing at 6pds 7oz. What a journey it was, but seeing and holding him was all worth it.

Could be. I was so nervous I'm like what am I doing wrong I fed her I changed her diaper & still she woke up around 3 & went back to sleep at 10 am. My mom told me that I hope it's true also I don't like seeing my baby girl cry. How did it go today?
Uh oh! Could be because she wants more milk. ? May not be it. But my son is so alert 11-2 and will take cat nap, be fussy for 15 mins around 4 he will settle back down and then he is good! Everyone's telling me he first two weeks is usually the hardest. I pray that's the truth and things will begin to be much smoother for us both! 😉 @almanicolee

Yeah I go to the ped today(9am) my son is taking 2 now as well and has a hard time waiting 2, 2.5 hrs for his next bottle as well. Gonna ask myself. @almanicolee
She's taking 2 ounces & I noticed she wants more but she's too small still & I completely forgot to ask her PED yesterday
He's starting to want more but I want to pace him, he's still so small. I'll ask his pediatrician Monday at his appt her thoughts. @almanicolee
Yes it truly is. Sometimes I'm like why doesn't she wake up for her bottle & I end up waking her up. How many ounces is he taking? Hopefully he does She starting to go to bed around 11:00-12.
Some just told me about it! I mean I still pump my breast milk but almost feel like I can't keep up! I hope if I purchase the nipple shield it doesn't confuse him too much! I'll keep you posted. Thanks 💛 @leerhonda66
@taylor86, try a nipple shield. They work wonders!! I have a hard time getting my baby to latch on and the nipple shield helps tremendously
Oh okay, well that's a blessing! My son sleeps in spurts. And has to have his bottle every 2.5 hrs 😩😩😩.. Faithfully wakes for that bottle lol. Hopefully soon he will be on that regime. What time does she go to bed? @almanicolee
Aww hopefully with time he'll latch on don't get discouraged & keep trying. I can't pump for some reason or maybe I'm doing it wrong idk lol. Yes doctors & everyone was surprise she only wakes up once or twice & then wakes up at 4 completely
My son struggled latching on because my nipples are big 😕 I got discouraged and I just pump for now! May try again soon but it broke my heart when he had a rough time!!! And sleep majority of the night, wow! Teach me your ways lol @almanicolee

Girl we could've been texting! The struggle is real. My son has gasy moments throughout the day and makes me want to cry because I can't take the discomfort away. The appt went well he almost gained a pound and the ped said if he's showing signs of hunger before his next feeding it's ok to feed him! Some babies have growth spurts early! So I tried 3 oz couple hrs ago and he responded well. @almanicolee
