No. I was kind of suprised they didn't but my Dr didn't prescribe for it but I will see him Thurs so he may have me start an oral one? not sure. my stupid contractions have started again. hopefully if I sleep and drink even more water they will stop ))): @vb95

Oh no :( yeah hopefully they stop! Maybe since you're pretty much already there they figured your baby's lungs are developed enough. I was admitted at 32 weeks for contractions and they gave me steroids just in case he came that early, thankfully he waited until 37 weeks. Did they tell you to come back if you started having them?

I had that terbutaline injection last week in L&D and it was awful!!!!! Totally miserable

Yes it is so awful I felt like I got hit by a truck, my heart rate got up to 170 and I got nausea and so dizzy and was shaking so bad. my heart is still so crazy and my headache won't go away bleh @hopeadara211. they said my cervix was extremely soft but not dilated @vb95

@vb95, sorry didn't read your one above, yea she said if they worsen to come back. I chugged more water and it has helped to slow the contractions down again. oh wow! I'm so glad your baby ended up staying put til 37. I just want him to make it to 37 and then I will glad! or if he stays longer of course haha.
