I would just call your OB office tomorrow if you're still cramping and seeing pink. It could be nothing but with pregnancy it's better to rule out something more serious.

I don't think so. I'd call or go see your ob or midwife.

See before when I had this they said just monitor and if it gets to painful or start heavily bleeding to let them know and go to the ER. Like nothing when I wipe, just a little in the pad. Maybe from stress? idk.. trying not to think or google that much.
