So went to my 38 week appt today and I am still only 1 cm. my dr said if I don't progress more by my next appt next week they will start gel softening and prepping me for induction. Man I wish little man will come already. I really don't wanna b induced and I'm also getting very impatient. Lol.

@amanda_marcozzi, she is only rushing it bc he is already so big. They think they were off on my due date a little bit. She just doesn't want him to get too big bc I'm so petite she doesn't kno if my body will b able to give birth to him if he gets any bigger. Lol.
I hope they don't try to induce you yet. some babies take their time, it's totally natural and normal for a baby to go to 42 weeks. while I don't wish that on you (lol!) I hope your dr doesn't rush baby just yet...
ahh gotcha! yeah that's definitely a concern. I'm sure she knows exactly what she's doing. I just worry when Drs try to rush things to fit a certain schedule. good luck, I hope everything goes smoothly for you!!
