Question for the moms who have had c sections... How long did it take for your stomach to go back to your pre-baby/pregnancy size? And I mean not weight but how your stomach LOOKED before baby? I have this gut I didn't have before and I'm so depressed looking at it. My doctor told me no exercise yet, I am dieting already but I'm not losing yet? Do I need to just give it time? It's been two weeks as of yesterday. Please share your experiences!!!
Yes! Let your body heal and do its own thing, especially if you are or are planning to nurse. In my opinion, now isn't the time for diets because a nursing mom needs an extra 700 calories!
My son is 8 months old and I still have my pooch, plus the incision is still really red/purple and hasn't healed. It takes time to heal, just like it takes time to create a beautiful human. Let your body do its work and remember that you have accomplished so much already!
@areesbaby16, How I did it? I ate before it hit 8;30 p every night I only ate 3 meals a day an every day I went out an did something so my body isn't collecting fat ...you can also clean long periods of time with a waste trainer on that helps too an drink lots an lots of water
Took me a bout a year to go back to myself.... honestly but it takes up to 2/3 years for the incision on the inside to actually heal an all your insides to b normal again ...😒
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
