needing advice on how to get my body to dilate.....I'm 39 weeks and the dr is insisting that I wait till 41 weeks to be induced but I'm in alot of pain but my contractions are not close enough or strong enough .....and I am still at a 0 but my cervix is thinned and her head is down and ready to go......help ftm

Walk walk walk, when the pain down there is almost invariable to take another step your getting somewhere. It's tough but it works
I believe that at 39 weeks by law they have to let u have the choice of being induced anytime after that. So if nothing by end of week, just tell dr. U mentally, physically and emotionally can't do it.
I'm really not wanting to go past my due date just because my birthday is exactly two weeks after and yes I know I would selfish but I really don't want to be in pain on my birthday
bounce on a yoga ball. Gallup around the house. have sex. eat pineapple. walk. nothing worked for me and had my son at 41.5 weeks

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
