So for the past couple days TMI since I had sex I've been having these lower abdominal pains that feels like my uterus is throbbing or contracting and they hurt really bad yesterday I had the same pains that kept coming and going when I woke up this morning to use the bathroom I felt the pain again does anyone have any suggestions ?

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Have you taken a test recently? I'm 8 weeks and sometimes it feels like that for me after sex.
