so last night I felt fluish and I guess while I slept in had developed a fever and it broke on its own- I woke up drenched in sweat. since I'm so close to delivery should I let my OB know?

yes, right away. you don't want o have an infection during labor. maybe they can give you fluid and antibiotics before labor
