Update: Dilated to a 5, trying my hardest not to push through all the pressure, hoping I dilate the rest of the way quickly so I can finally meet my baby boy!! 😍

Are there any effective ways & things I can do to help soften and dilate my cervix faster? At my appointment my doctor said I was MAYBE a fingertip dilated and 60% effaced.
20 days to my due date and yesterday I was 1 cm dilated. I’m so ready to be a mama to my baby. But she’s so not wanting to come out. Anyone have tips, to get my baby out?
So threw up the brew but still having some contractions. I suppose it will help dilation.

Had my cervix checked (at hospital) on Sunday 1cm dilated.... go today my doc says I’m not dilated at all . Ummmmmmmmm 🤷🏾♀️

I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
