this may sound dumb but what's the difference in a diaper shower and a baby shower??!?

okay thanks o had two baby shower but this one honestly don't wanna go all out since noone ever show up so I firgure I would have a diaper shower instead didn't know if there was a difference or not

A diaper shower you don't register for. Something smaller. People gift you just diapers and maybe something small like clothes. (:
