I did in NorCal. Sometimes they do the initial scan with just you and then let your guest come in

I did in with both my babies! I went to the Kaiser in Fontana for one & the Ontario one for my second baby. They just do an anatomy scan to make sure babys organs are all normal & working. I think your bladder has to be full so its a little uncomfortable but they usually give you good pictures at the end! Oh and if you want, they can confirm the gender! :)
