I have a 40 oz canteen I fill with water and I make sure to finish it within at least three hours and I fill it various times a day. Every morning I make me a bowl of oatmeal with almond milk instead of water or regular milk and I can usually fill that bottle all the way up to the lid. That was me after nursing. So drink lots and lots of water Hun!! @adamsbaby2016
