Probably your organs being all smashed up there. Before my uterus even reached into my ribs I had the worst pains in my ribs from my organs being pushed up there.

@geekfusion, @babymay2016 both very plausible. he was kicking pretty high up tonight but I wasn't sure if it was too early for him to be in my ribs

Yeah my son just now started actually kicking my ribs, but when my organs were being smashed up there was a completely different feeling, like a constant ache...
