I have so many internal stitches but no external ones. What can you do to soothe irritation from internal stitches after birth?

Nope. I thought I couldn't take a bath, only showers. They gave my hydrocortisone cream and witch hazel pads and some ice pads. @theinkedmommy

So phoned NHS24 as I have signs of my internal stitches being infected. I'm a priority call back. Absolutely fantastic, another set back😭
