so my 6 year old is in kindergarten and he's special needs autistic and mild mental disability he told my fiancee he was being bullied at school but couldn't say his name and well my 6 year old has been aggressive towards my 3 year old how do i go bout addressing this to the school. with out sounding like a b****

you wouldn't sound like a bitch, if you are concerned, and I would he furious because they are allowing it to happen. I'm glad you will be addressing the issue though. my brother is the same way and we weren't able to catch his disability until it was too late. but one thing I'm glad about is when he was in high school all the "cool kids and jocks" wouldn't let anyone mess with him.
sit down with the principle, his aide, and his teacher. start with "I am concerned because...."
