Ive had a bad cramp today in my lower back, almost similar to a menstrual cramp but it has lasted all day. im 37 weeks pregnant.. Any ideas on what it could be?

No that sounds like your body preparing for labor. My labor felt like menstrual cramps. Many women's do. Your body prepares for labor in the last few months and weeks

it can. once a nerve is irritated it can last for a couple days

but would i really last all day? at first it was like a weird feeling that i couldnt explain.. i mean it didnt hurt but it was getting aggervating cause it wouldnt go away.. i took a nap to see if it would get any better but it still did nothing. it got worse an hour or two after i had woken up from my nap. @arijane316
