you will contract, it'll feel like period cramps on steriods, or it can start off as your stomach tightening.

the cramps your talking about sound like contractions call your doctor

cramps can be contractions also I would call to get checked just in case but as long as your stomach isn't tightening and your not in severe pain your okay but see what your ON wants you to do

I'm on bed rest because I've gone into preterm labor twice in 2 weeks.. My tummy just got tight, no pain at all for me.. I had about 12-13 contractions every hour. I've already lost my mucus plug also
