so my braxton Hicks are starting to get regular. I feel it all in my stomach and they haven't gone away yet

Drink water and relax or take a hot shower.

@andiryan93, I'm not dehydrated and I've been in bed this whole time :(

Try getting up and going for a walk, if they subside then it's just Braxton hicks, if they don't then they're contractions

Are they getting closer together? Or increasingly more painful with each contraction? I've been getting them pretty regularly as well

@kellynicole, was every 30 min now about every 10. walking hurt so I'm trying a hot bath

Make sure it's not a hot bath though, comfortably warm but not jot

@kellynicole, still having them. bath didn't help. he's really active though

@marieterrell92, I would give your doctor a call they might have a better suggestion that could help! Or they might want you to get looked at

I had to go in on Saturday because I was having contractions. They were mild cramps when I went in but while I was there they got to be stronger and about 2 min apart. Turns out I was pretty dehydrated and I had the beginning of a uti. They had to stop my contractions with a shot, twice. Drink a lot of water and see if that helps at all, but you may need to go in

@kellynicole, @clherring22 I'm at l&d now the contractions were 3 min apart but started to slow. they haven't decided if I need the shot yet or not
