I used to absolutely love yoga! Just did it at home with a mat and a birthing ball watching YouTube tutorials, and im presuming it helped because he came at 38 weeks😘x

I went down the slides when I was about 28 weeks pregnant, wasn't a big one but no harm in it and attendant saw I was preggers :) yeah no sauna or hot tub etc cause of the temps :) I'd go for a tankini so it grows with you if that makes sense? Covers you and won't make you feel frumpy.. Honestly it's brilliant especially the further along you get cause it takes off the pressure of the bump nicely :) xx

I loved going swimming whilst pregnant with my son, the feeling of weightlessness 😍 really helped take pressure off my back and keep fit.. I used to go wear myself out with my OH then grab some grub at the wetherspoons round the corner.. Then home to relax.. Pure bliss defo recommend it xx
