Plain water. The dirtiest spots get cleaned with wipes at diaper changes, and avoiding any soaps at all kept my oldest from reacting with a rash.

They removed the bad ingredient from their products, you don't have anything to worry about if you want to use j&j or aveeno. but there are a lot of other options if you still don't feel like using their stuff.

talc was the only cancer causing agent. talc is an ingredient that used to be in baby powders. no longer used. I use j&j with my daughtee, no hesitation.

Yeah and that was also constant use for years and years too that may have caused cancer. any brand you like is fine. If you want natural though you can also go on pintrest and look up do it yourself stuff. there's so many simple things you can make at home.
