Hey ladies quick question! It's probably a dumb one but it's my first baby. I have my BIG ultra sound on May 3rd. Does the ultra sound tech tell you if it's a boy or girl or do you have to wait for your doctor to tell you?

Sounds like your anatomy scan I'm pretty sure they will tell you

The ultrasound tech tells you. The doctor is really only interested in the anatomy of the baby to make sure all things are developing properly. If you don't want to know or do a gender reveal you tell them before hand and they will tell you to look away when they get to that area
