Is it a bad thing I haven't bought ANYTHING? And don't want to until I find out the gender?? :/ Everyone else is saying…

we are buying diapers for our 2 year old right now. we will wait as long as possible before buying diapers for two haha

at 17 weeks you are good mama.... I didn't buy diapers until later

dont feel bad <3 im 28 weeks and still only have a few onsies and a blanket. everyones been telling me its better to wait until after the shower that way you know what you might or might not need :)

I've got family members who are buying shoes and toys and bed sheets.. But we don't even know what Baby Smith is yet and I sometimes almost get frustrated when they buy like shoes and stuff. :P

I haven't bought a single pack of diapers yet either, and I'm 30 weeks along. I bought a couple boy outfits before I even found out what I was having (I had a gut feeling it was a boy), and I was right but you don't have to be in any sort of rush for stuff if you're wanting it all to be gender appropriate.

I'm not sure if we are having a shower or not considering this is our second boy (we still having nothing for a baby since we donated everything) but I won't start buying until 30 weeks.

they actually say don't buy anything until your baby shower. I couldn't wait I bought my crib before I was even in 2nd term lol

I'm the same weeks as you & haven't bought anything either. I'll probably buy somethings if I'm having a girl. lol with my son i waited til after my shower..

I waited till we found out the gender also. now I have tons of boy clothes and no diapers but there's plenty of time to get diapers !
