Did your first period after having the baby hurt? I'm 6 weeks pp just got mine 2 days ago and it kind of hurts down there it's really sore, My back hurts, and I'm also having a heavy flow is this normal too?

yeah, that is normal. But if it keeps hurting and is unbeatable, I would call your Dr.
