I put a pad on because my knickers were wet and now they have yellow streaks on it, is this normal?

I had bad pains and cramping the other day, bad enough that I had to ring hospital @i960 xx

I always get wet I think my bladder may be weak I also have had yellow streaks but I'm fine so I guess it pritty normal xx
