How do I know if I have PPD some days I feel fine but other days I just cry for no reason and think so negatively. I knew being a mom would be hard but I never thought it would this hard.

regardless of PPD your hormones are wacked out because your body is trying to go back to normal. I had the same thing . I didn't know if it was depression or not , but if you feel you have dangerous thoughts like hurting yourself or baby deff turn to professional help. give yourself some time though your body is going through major changes, Goodluck!

So now that I have my test strips when do I start testing! I am on day 2 of af today and it lasts about 3-4 days normally. I have about a 26-27 day cycle. Any help would be very appreciated thank you!!😀
Vaginal labor is so easy I would rather take the contractions any day than to have to have a c section
i’m honestly so upset. today was my boyfriend & i’s anniversary & i thought we would spend the whole day together but he decided to leave to go be with his friends. am i selfish for wanting him the whole day? :/

The doctor told me that, that was normal for the first 40 days pp. after that if you're still crying for no reason to let her know.
