I would do it before 30 weeks, I procrastinated with my son and had him early and got stuck with the on call pediatrician and I ended up having to switch as I didn't get along with her
You're welcome. Good luck :) I think I called like 6 pediatricians before I found one that had openings. I would ask to have a meet and greet before baby comes to make sure you're going to like them. That's what I did.
My doctor I've had for almost ten years said to just call her when the baby is born and they'll squeeze him right in because she can be his doctor. I think she just wants to see my baby lol. But that takes an insane amount of stress off of me. I got my boyfriend a doctor and he's not good so I worried about trying to pick one for our son.

I did at 20 weeks. It took me like 3 hours to find a pediatrician that had openings for her insurance :/

you should start soon I had 2 in mind and I kept putting it off and now they don't have any openings so I have to find another one
