this may be crazy but.... I have 21 days until my planned csection ... I am a stay at home mom so I keep house clean but I don't do any strenuous activities or whatever. I was thinking about walking everyday from here on out just to build my stamina and endurance to maybe help with recovery. I have heard it helps after delivery but wasn't sure if that was true with a csection . (planned) I am scared that I will do all this walking and walk myself into labor and I don't want that... I want to wait until the planned day.. so.. am I over thinking..like will walking everyday now until the day before cause me to possibly go into labor? this is my third baby but first csection . thanks

lol no walking will not cause you to go into labor everyone I know that has walked to go into labor it has never happened including myself it's safe for you to go walking hun

I tried the walking thing and it didn't work. I was 41 weeks and had to be induced. Ended up with an emergency c section bc baby still didn't want to drop!

OK good. so I am going to plan on just walking. not for labor but for help afterwards.

@mommylife2three, I was wondering the same thing! I'm having a planned section on April 30th 😁, but don't want to go into labor before then. My due date is May 1st.

my planned csection is may 3.. and I love the feeling of everything being planned this Go around..even as nervous as I am I am still glad I kinda know hopefully when it will happen. I just hope everything turns out as planned and he stays in until then. @lalamichelle0707

I would be careful on walking. With my first pregnancy I almost walked myself into preterm labor at 7months. its different for every women
