Even though I'm a full week late for my cycle (which never happens unless I'm pregnant), my pregnancy stick tests all come back negative. What gives?

Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'm ten days late and it's still showing negative for me! and like you, this doesn't happen to me unless i am,pregnant. I'll probably have to call a doctor for a blood test

That's weird. My first pregnancy test came back negative after that I took 5 and all were positive.
