@mamapop, does her eyeball look red? If it does then it is not conjunctivitis. It is more than likely a blocked tear duct (which most babies get at sometime) as @sophiegreen says warm water and cotton wool to clean.

Doesn't look like acne looks like heat rash.

The sticky on the eye looks like someone touched him with dirty hands so he's got conjuvinitous. Clean with Luke warm water and cotton balls. Nothing eles

Seths like this, the baby acne I'm not sure how to get rid of but the eye just cotton wool and soak it in warm water and then wipe from the inner corner to the outer part of the eyes x
