you're welcome. if you have benadryl, it works too...just makes me groggy the next day where as unisom doesnt

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I've used this several times on my 7 wk old the past 24 hrs and works wonders.

Maybe I should try it on me.ni didn't sleep at all tonight and I gotta be up

Dd loves the Metallica lullaby cd. We do too! Lol. She's a little rocker ;D

Mine will fall asleep to pretty much any music or songs I sing, 2nd youngest ds (3yo)
