I hate that there is no more getting comfortable 😩😩😩😭😭😭😭. I have such a hard time sleeping.
I have a body pillow and is constantly drinking water throughout the night because I'm always feeling like a fish out of water 😂. It's so stressful @madi-girlsmama
Body pillows & a heated blanket set to your liking. Plus try drinking a full or close to full bottle of cold water before bed & throughout the night. It's helped me so much.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Try a warm bath with candles or something that smells good to help relax you before bed, & maybe some Chamomile & Mint tea
