It feels like everyone is discouraging me from breastfeeding and trying to pump when I have to go back to school and work in August. They act like I should jump right into formula but I'm holding out on that if possible. I really dont like the idea of using it if I have breast milk. I'm willing to do both formula and breast milk but I really don't want to give him formula. I wish I had more support from family. Luckily my man is supportive of it..

do not let people discourage you!! it's the absolute best thing u can do for your child while there that small!! formulas not bad but breast is best!! and it's good for bonding. even if u have to do both atleast some breastmilk is better than none!!:)

I pumped at work and it's a major pain in the ass but if you can keep up with demand, you and baby benefit. I found I had to pump three times a work day when I first got back but I was able to keep up and we stayed formula free. You can do it!!
