About 3 weeks before I found out I was pregnant, I nearly passed out at work. One minute I was sitting down and talking to a customer, and all of a sudden I got tunnel vision, my ears started ringing, and I was super dizzy. I nearly passed out. My doctor said it was probably low bliss pressure ( a problem I still have at 24 weeks ). It's totally different for everyone.

Yes I was walking down the steps and had to stop because I was so dizzy and my sides and abdominal area started to hurt about two weeks before I found out.
