Anyone know if the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, apple sauce and toast) can be adapted for a 7 month old (I just wanna add those food as one extra meal not replace breast milk)? Miss Melody has had the runs since that stomach bug, it's better today than it was yesterday and she's not showing signs of dehydration but I can tell her poor belly feels icky and her booty hurts lol...(her stools are yellow and watery, not regular breastfed watery, and more often than usual for her so technically that's classified as diarrhea)
