I'm on a group on FB for preemie moms. A year ago I asked if it was okay to get my daughters ears pierced at 3 months…

Right . I didn't have a say in anything as a child. My mom made the decision to get my ears pierced & I'm glad she did .

@tifflarai0627, yup that it should be up to the child if they want them . Nope not my child my house is built on structure.

@tiffrae, lol I know preemie moms are crazy lol I mean they have their reasons you know. But they are just real sticklers with every single lil thing. My daughter is a preemie but I treat her like a normal healthy baby cause that's what she is.

I also believe in circumcision. Yes a lot of men in their older age have to be circumcised due to infection from not cleaning properly. My mom worked in a nursing home where most of the men had to be circumcised in their 50s -70s due to infection. It happens and no other person is going to change my outlook on it. @14july2016 That's crazy, it's not like your making her get her nose or lip pierced. helicopter mom's I tell you @amaperalta03

@tiffrae, every one has their own opinions I know I sure do. I believe in circumcision. But the fact that I was being called a bad mom and told that's abusing my child was crazy like damnnnnn

@14july2016, exactly reason why I got her ears pierced young. How do you expect a 4 year old to react to getting stabbed in the ear it will be hell

exactly. I don't get into it about the peepee cutting on any group because everyone's opinion doesn't matter for my son. I like seeing both sides of the argument just to see all the pros and cons but either that they will not change my view.

if I ever have a girl and get her ears pierced young so she won't mess with them and most of them want them pierced anyways when they get older and tell their mom that they should've gotten them done@amaperalta03 @tiffrae

@tiffrae, yes that was my comeback like you cut your sons penis with out his consent. As parents you make all decisions in your child's life until like their like 18

Do what you feel is best. I got mine done when I was 4 or 5 and I can't really remember all details.
