We'd been smelling a really faint dead smell every now and then for the past few days but couldn't find it. Well, dog just found it. "It" was a very dead, very gross mouse. Where he even managed to find it or why it took him so long is beyond me. But ew. Current theory is that one of the cats caught it, hid it for later, then forgot. All I know is I know have to desire to scrub\sanitize EVERYTHING and not enough energy to do it. Looks like I'll have to settle for steam mopping the shit out of the floor with bleachy water.😷😱😷

@supermommy31082, thanks for the warning! Luckily it was really really faint, and after a few hits of Odo Ban and mopping, its all gone. :)

Yea, they came in swarms this winter. That is actually why we got our first cat lol. We haven't seen a mouse inside in months thanks to her. But I think they still hang out in our basement. -.- I'm just glad my dog found it before the smell got really bad! 😱

one crawled in my dryer and died 😒 so gross. it happens alot in the country during winter.
