if you have an antibiotic cream, you can use that to help it heal faster. It looks like it's just a little agitated, nothing to serious as long as she leaves it alone and it doesn't get worse

keep area clean and put an e-collar on her or she will lick it and it can get infected.

looks ok.. she may be licking at it.. keep her from licking it with an ecollar. watch the drainage and for heat.
