Round ligament pain for me feels very achy/sore on the right side running down into the groin area but it can also feel like a sharp pain if you twist or move your body in a weird way
Braxton hicks felt like intense cramps for me. Like bad gas that you can't pass. You feel your stomach harden and tighten up really bad for a few seconds at a time then relax again.
